The Best of Montana

Exclusive & Fun Experiences

Visit Yellowstone National Park

The oldest national park in the USA. Iconic. Huge. The Serengeti of America. Wildlife galore. Water falls. Canyons. Geysers, hot springs, and mud volcanoes. You can go alone or book our biologist friend Andrea to pick you up in a luxe SUV, provide lunch, and offer an exclusive experience with a hidden gems options. (contact below). North entrance is open year round and only 40 minutes from Eagles Wings House!

Dine at Sage Lodge

We love this place. The views. The food. The huge fireplace. The Fireside Room scores high on our list for favorite things to do, and we always visit this eatery multiple times when in town. For prime steaks, try their other restaurant The Grill (also located at Sage Lodge).

Soak in the Hot Springs at Chico or Yellowstone

Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone Hot Springs, all within a short drive, offer great thermal experiences. Chico has the advantage of a restaurant while Yellowstone has better views. You'll want to visit one or the other at least once while visiting!

Hike Our 35 Acres of Private Mountain Reserve

We admit that much of our favorite things to do revolve around food, but you gotta burn those calories. So, why not hike on our 35 acres inclusive of caves, hills, magnificent rock formations, and banzai trees 300+ years old? Hike straight back to the west over the hill. Please bring bear spray and a sword (kidding only bear spray).

Get Your Cowboy On

Crossbow is a fashionable "cowboy" store in Bozeman. They make custom hats, boots, belts, clothes, and so much more. Lots of leather here. Be prepared to spend all your money and walk out looking like a million bucks (of the cowboy sort).

Go Fly Fishing

Can't say enough about this fly fishing outfit. Jackie and team have their own spring in addition to fishing on the Yellowstone River.

Consume Decadent Pastries 7 Minutes Away

Wildflour Bakery (next to Follow Yer Nose BBQ) is just too good to be true. Their burritos and pastries are amazing. The only downside here is that this bakery is seasonal. However, it is wicked, wicked good. Again, it's wicked good.

Follow Yer Nose BBQ

If you can't begin to smell "Follow Yer Nose BBQ" when you land in Bozeman, you might have long covid. The BBQ is legit. Might as well be in Texas frankly. Take it to go or eat it outside. Next level. Also only 7 minute drive!

Enjoy Our Exclusive Mountain Sauna

Situated for 8 people, take in the mountains from your own completely private cedar sauna. Perched right at the edge of the cliff, there is nothing else like it in the valley.

White Water Rafting, Zipline, & Horseback Riding

If you want some frills and thrills while in Montana, the Paradise Adventure Company has several exciting tours.

Go Skiing!

Many think of Big Sky when they think skiing in Montana. But there is another option: Bridger Bowl! Located straight north about an hour, it's a great option to avoid the crowds on a world class mountain.
